Ripped off!!!!

Game might be free but you have to spend major money to enjoy this game. After spending $30 to buy enough gold to be able to purchase decent weapons the game was ok, but then the game froze and when i restarted it it wiped everything out $30 bucks GONE!!! Filed a complaint but on there site it says no refunds period and it takes 3-5 days for them to respond. So in 3-5 days they resolve this issue ill be back to write a better review but for now Im not very optimistic. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
